Have a commercial property I make payments on. Can I use the interest as tax savings on my personal income?

Do you have to be a real estate agent in order to get access too R.E.O. listings from banks?

Brad asked: Apparently it is a very hard task to get these listings.. On top of that I read in a community article that you could get banks to pay out a commission for selling the homes. Is this true? Or would the commission need to be added to the total property price?
