a question about renting commercial property?
chalinsumner asked:
The listings give a rental rate, and they’re really low – like $6.00, for example. So what does that mean? $6.00 per square foot?
Is there any way to just get a monthly rate on a piece or section of property?

For example assume 1000 sq ft unit then divide by 12 to get the amount of sq ft 6000 yearly rent divide by 12 to watch out.
